Girijah Project is a unique, international, eclectic Live-dance-journey project.

 

Girijah Project’s music is diverse and draws inspiration from a wide range of genres, including African and South American tribal music, jazz, Arabic music, psychedelic rock, medicine music, and more.

Our events are a combination of live music, ecstatic-dance-safe environment and a meditative space, where the walls between band and audience are non-existent and only the dance remains.

The group is ever-evolving, collaborating with musicians and artists from around the world to create unique, site-specific soundscapes wherever it lands.

Our third EP, Jungle Calling Session, was recorded in India and released in July 2025.

 

We offer a wide range of live experiences — from meditative acoustic sets and emotionally rich, harmony-driven concerts to high-energy, immersive dance journeys that move body and spirit. 

 

Throughout late 2026 and early 2027, we'll share the next chapter of Girijah Project: a new EP recorded in Israel's desert, along with collaborations born on the road - including tracks with Mosh Zehavi, a song written by and featuring Argentinian singer Prem Agni, and the first live session from our Costa Rica lineup.
